This week I'm getting ready to play two gigs at Norway's coolest festival Øya in Oslo. The main gig is with my band on Saturday which is also being recorded by NRK Radio. I'm bringing along a camera crew and hopefully something will materialize...
I'm also playing on Friday 10 at 17:00 for the kids with Meg og kammeraten min (Me and my buddy). This summer has mostly been dedicated to Meg og kammeraten min and the album that we released in June is doing great! We're # 14 on the Norwegian album charts and we're getting a lot of streaming hits as well!
Here's a link to a TV show we did for NRK TV,(remember to turn off the music payer above before watching...or it might sound funny!) we brought along a couple of friends from Jaga Jazzist and a couple of new ones and it sounds excellent.
The band.. on guitar, Marcus Forsgren (Lionheart Brother/Jaga Jazzist) on saxophone, Lars Horntveth (Jaga Jazzist, Susanne Sundfør etc) and our new buddies, Trym Gjerdmonbo on drums and Torleif Tveit on bass.
